Any activity made in your account, including your purchases with your credit card, is your responsibility. If you find some action in your account or your credit card regarding our service, that you do not recognize, please contact us immediately.
You hereby acknowledge that you shall use the Service solely for lawful purposes and complying with the Agreement. Violation of any of the terms will result in the termination of your account. AdWorkTracker will not be responsible for the content posted on the Service. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

You are free to delete your account at any time you want. You are free to uninstall the desktop application, or to unsubscribe from any of our services.
In case we find you violate our terms of service, we have the right to suspend or block your account, but we have no right to delete your account, leaving a space to be able to communicate and solve any issue.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all texts relating to the AdWork Trackers services and the full content of this website.
Anyone who subscribes to Service or anyone who has permitted or caused another person to make a subscription on their behalf is deemed to have agreed to and accepted liability for the payments under such Plan.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse the Service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
If you cancel your subscription or your account is deleted, AdWork Tracker will not refund any fees that may have accrued before the termination.
